As the relatives proportions of younger workers declines, it will be vital to ensure that older workers are prepared to meet the skill demands of the 21st-century workplace. WorkSearch Assessment System »

A great place to get started, WorkSearch is a customized online system that helps qualified individuals who are 40 and over to assess their skills, match to careers and link to training and job openings.

Training Assistance Program (TAP) »

Helps qualified individuals with job training costs. Applicants must be 40 or over, at or below the median income for their community, and seeking employment in a targeted industry.

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) »

Helps qualified job seekers improve their skills, obtain training, and find jobs so that they can enter or re-enter the job market. Applicants must be 55 or over and meet established income guidelines.
